We can operate on both single sum fully quoted projects where the required tasks are defined and itemized to an open account policy where we will operate against an hourly rate to suit the requirements of the project.

We prefer to price projects on a fixed sum bases but as a guide our hourly is around £50 per hour.

We currently offer a PI insurance of £2 million against our designs. We can also include for us to take on the structural engineering, acoustic and thermal performance calculations within our package, where we will engage a third party but maintaining the overall coordination and development of the design.

Our average lead period is approximately 3-4 weeks, but this varies depending upon our workload and the project. However, we can often accommodate a quicker response depending upon the task.

We have experience in all aspects of the external envelope façade and take on a variety of projects in various extents of requirements from single detail designs to full building envelope design and manufacture & purchasing schedules.
